Proposed Feb. 5, 2017

Buying tickets to concerts, sporting events, and theater and then selling at a higher price has hurt the middle and under class people who cannot afford to pay the premiums.
A regulation that can police those who regularly buy and resell tickets on the secondary market needs to be put into place. Though legal, those that repeatedly use it are making money with robo-ticket sales and are exploiting those that don't have access to these funds or programs.
Policing and fining those that regularly resell at a higher price needs to be put in place!
