Let's not encourage uninformed persons to vote.

California's 26th congressional district, CA > Voting, Elections & Civic Engagement

Proposed Jan. 29, 2018

Persons who are qualified to vote but don't do so, have no incentive to vote. They are probably uninformed on the issues and candidates. Everyone would be better off if these uninformed persons are not encouraged to vote. At best, uninformed voting will do no harm, but at worst, it can do a lot of harm.
